Orders

Can I cancel my order?

We work hard to get orders packed and shipped as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. While we'll always do our best to help, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has begun processing.

I entered the wrong shipping address.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out to us immediately and we'll do everything we can to update it. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make address changes.

How do preorders work?

Occasionally we'll offer products before they arrive at our warehouse.

The estimated ship date will always be listed on the product page.

If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise noted.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page, your order contains a preorder item, or we're temporarily traveling for festivals or events. Any extended processing times will always be communicated on our website.

Once your order has shipped, transit time is typically 2–5 business days within the United States, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to many countries around the world. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Free shipping offers are not applicable outside of the contiguous United States.

My package says delivered, but I can't find it.

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the best next steps. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll work with you on a replacement or other appropriate resolution, depending on product availability.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property and with household members.
  • Asking neighbors if the package was delivered to them by mistake.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier, as they may have additional delivery details.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return a product?

All sales are final unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective item and wish to request an exchange, please email us at hey@littlerockerclothing.com within 5 days of receiving the item. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Please review sizing chart and sizing recommendations on the listings before ordering. Since many of our products are produced in limited quantities, exchanges cannot always be guaranteed and a fee will be applied for any exchanges.

Are clearance items returnable?

No. All clearance purchases are final sale.

What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

We'll make it right. Contact us at hey@littlerockerclothing.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help.

Are your graphic tees soft?

Absolutely. We choose fabrics that are made for everyday adventures, concerts, playgrounds, road trips, and everything in between.

What are your bamboo pajamas made from?

Our bamboo pajamas are made from 95% bamboo viscose and 5% spandex for an incredibly soft, stretchy feel that's perfect for playtime, bedtime, and everything in between.

Are your shoes true to size?

Each footwear style includes sizing recommendations on its product page. If a style runs large or small, we'll let you know in the description.

Will sold out items come back?

Some favorites return, but many of our collections are limited runs. If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it before it's gone.

How do your clothes fit?

Most products include a size chart or recommendations on the listing.

Many of our styles are designed with an oversized fit, while others fit more true to size.

If you're unsure which size to choose for a specific item, we're always happy to help. Reach out to us before placing your order, and we'll do our best to recommend the best fit based on the style you're interested in.
